DoD UPDATES REPORT ON COST OF CORROSION FOR ARMY AVIATION AND MISSILE SYSTEMS

The DoD Office of Corrosion Policy and Oversight has released a revised report on the cost of corrosion for Army aviation and missile equipment. The report is issued under phase two of a broad-based, landmark study on the cost of corrosion for all military equipment and infrastructure, a figure estimated to be $22.5 billion.
